These Terms of Service apply when you visit, browse or purchase from the REDUN website. By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

Throughout these terms, “REDUN”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to REDUN LIMITED.

1. About REDUN

REDUN is a New Zealand-based upcycling brand creating new garments, accessories and other products from reclaimed and repurposed textiles.

Because reclaimed materials are at the heart of what we do, many REDUN products are unique or produced in very limited quantities.

2. Using Our Website

You may use the REDUN website for lawful personal shopping and browsing purposes.

You agree not to use our website:

• For unlawful or fraudulent purposes

• To interfere with the operation or security of the website

• To attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems

• To distribute malicious software or harmful code

• To scrape, reproduce or commercially exploit our website content without permission

• To impersonate another person or provide deliberately false information

We reserve the right to restrict or refuse access to our website where reasonably necessary.

3. Products

We aim to describe and photograph REDUN products as accurately as possible.

However, REDUN products are made using reclaimed materials. Variations in colour, print, texture, thickness, wear, markings and other characteristics may occur.

These characteristics are part of working with existing textiles and help make each REDUN piece unique.

Where appropriate, we will disclose significant characteristics or imperfections that we believe may reasonably affect your purchasing decision.

Colours displayed on your device may also vary slightly from the physical product.

4. Handmade Items

REDUN products may be individually cut, sewn, finished or altered by hand.

Small differences between pieces may therefore occur.

Measurements provided on our website are approximate unless otherwise stated, and handmade garments may have minor variations between individual pieces.

Please check the sizing information provided before purchasing.

5. Availability

Many REDUN pieces are one-of-a-kind or made in very small quantities.

Adding an item to your cart does not necessarily reserve that item.

An order is not confirmed until your order has been successfully placed and payment has been accepted.

In the unlikely event that an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a refund.

6. Pricing

All prices are displayed in New Zealand dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure prices and product information are accurate. If an obvious pricing, listing or technical error occurs, we may contact you before fulfilling the order.

If we cannot fulfil the order at the advertised terms because of a genuine error, you will be given the option to proceed where appropriate or receive a refund.

7. Payment

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed unless another arrangement has been expressly agreed with REDUN.

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing and purchase information when placing an order.

8. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• An item is unavailable

• A genuine pricing or listing error has occurred

• Payment cannot be verified or completed

• We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity

• Incorrect customer information prevents us from fulfilling the order

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the relevant amount will be refunded.

9. Shipping

Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery information will be provided on our website or during checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.

REDUN is not responsible for delays caused by courier networks or circumstances outside our reasonable control. However, if there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us and we will assist where reasonably possible.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

10. Returns, Exchanges & Faulty Products

Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Store Policy / Returns Policy.

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Fair Trading Act 1986, or any other New Zealand law that cannot legally be excluded.

If a product is faulty or does not meet applicable consumer guarantees, your rights under New Zealand consumer law apply regardless of any voluntary change-of-mind policy offered by REDUN.

11. Reclaimed Materials

By purchasing from REDUN, you acknowledge that our products may contain reclaimed, vintage, donated or previously used textiles.

These materials may naturally contain variations or signs of their previous life.

We inspect and prepare materials before using them; however, reclaimed textiles should not be expected to have the same uniform appearance as newly manufactured fabric.

Where a characteristic materially affects the appearance or intended use of an item, we will make reasonable efforts to show or describe it before sale.

12. Textile Donations

REDUN may accept donated textiles for potential reuse.

Acceptance of a donation does not guarantee that the textile will be used in a particular product.

Once a textile has been voluntarily donated and accepted by REDUN, REDUN may determine how it is reused, including cutting, altering, combining, repurposing or transforming the material.

Please only donate items that you are authorised to give away and are happy to permanently part with.

13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the REDUN name, logos, branding, graphics, photographs, product imagery, website design, written content and original designs displayed on our website or social media are owned by or licensed to REDUN.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell or commercially use REDUN content without prior written permission.

Purchasing a REDUN product does not transfer ownership of REDUN's intellectual property or grant permission to commercially reproduce our branding, imagery or original creative content.

14. Customer Photos & Content

If you tag REDUN, send us photographs or otherwise share content featuring REDUN products, we may ask for your permission before reposting or using that content for promotional purposes.

We will not treat privately submitted customer photographs as granting unrestricted commercial usage rights merely because they were sent to us.

15. Third-Party Services

Our website may use or link to third-party services such as payment providers, delivery providers, social media platforms or other online services.

Those services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

REDUN is not responsible for third-party websites or services that are outside our reasonable control.

16. Website Availability

We aim to keep the REDUN website operating accurately and reliably, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

The website may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical problems or circumstances outside our control.
